Why can't I listen to my older conversions?
If you are on a free account, then conversions are only in temporary storage. Any conversion you make when on a free account will not be playable after 4 hours.
Conversions made while on a paid plan will be in permanent storage & will be permanently playable.
How do I download files?
Wav files are only available for paid plan users. You will see a direct download link for wav files in your conversions history table.
Mp3 files can be downloaded by clicking the 3 dots on the audio player and hitting download or by right clicking and saving the file (depending on your browser).
How can I save my Advanced Settings?
You can save presets of advanced settings you like here.
