Playlist IQ FAQ's
How often is the database updated?
The database is automatically updated daily. All stats are up-to-date to ensure that our est. stream ranges and follower counts are accurate. Unlike other databases, we do not automatically add playlists just because they have contact info in their description. We vet playlists based on a list of criteria to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
Our research team also finds curator info that is not easily found, giving you a better chance at finding newer curator who haven't been contacted as much.
The best way to get in front of the new curator is to check the search tool daily! Newer lists are placed at the top of the search results.
What is a credit?
Credits will unlock the contact info & any advanced analyses available for your membership level. Your previous analyses will be stored in your own personal database. Curators are not required to respond to you, but we have marked the likelihood of responses with our response level search filter.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits do expire if they go unused. Credits are given on a rolling basis (trailing daily or every 30 days depending on your membership level). Be sure to utilize all credits and analyses to get the most out of the tool and potentially start making some profits from your playlisting!
What happens if the contact info is wrong?
We do our best to keep the contact information as accurate as possible. Please be aware that playlisters are not required to reply to your inquiry, but in case the information is inaccurate we will restore your credit.
Do the playlists have fees?
Some may, some may not. Our tool does not focus only on free lists, but rather on the VALUE of the lists you are getting on.
If you can get on fast growing lists, but they have a feedback fee, the more important consideration is how much can you make back from the list (whether that is from streams alone or in combination with your larger marketing strategy).
Often times artists with higher streams get better deals from sponsors, labels, partnerships, merch & ticket sales.
In short, just because a list has a feedback fee does NOT make it a bad list. Curators get thousands of submissions and need a way to compensate for their time.
That being said, we encourage you NOT to pay directly for placements, but instead try to pay for different feedback packages & the playlist curator can voluntarily place your song on their list.
What is the Profit Indicator?
The profit indicator is available for Platinum & Diamond users. It uses AI assisted analysis to determine whether a playlist has the potential to earn you a profit (revenue minus any feedback fees) based on streams alone.
Of course, not all lists will fall in the High range. Using the lists in the Medium or even Low profit indicator ranges can also help trigger the Spotify algorithm which will increase profits.
The Growth Rate search filter and Est. Stream search filter are also very powerful to use for a comprehensive playlisting strategy.
How do you get the estimated streams?
We used a model similar to how real estate sites will come up with estimated home values by using comparables.
Our team has access to stats from hundreds of different artists on Spotify. We carefully compiled this data and analyzed it for trend markers. We've found that taking the most recent data (past 7 days) was the number one indicator for accurately predicting streams. We use this in combination with other markers to come up with the streaming estimate.
Again, this is only an ESTIMATE and does NOT guarantee any particular amount of streams on the lists, but we try to make it as reliable as we can.
Lifetime Pre-Save FAQ's
How is this different from other pre-save websites?
Most websites make you create a pre-save link for each individual release. At best, some others will create a unique playlist that includes all your songs/albums/EPs and have fans follow the playlist.
Playlist links are fine, but if a fan doesn't listen to that playlist on release day or save your song, it doesn't do you any good!
With our links, fans will automatically save your future releases (singles, albums, EPs) into their library. Saves to user libraries are a key indicator in boosting your song in the Spotify or Apple Music algorithm.
Plus, this has a compounding effect! The more you push your link and release songs, the more traction you can pick up in the algorithm!
Are there insights for link performance?
Yes, full insights are available for any of our paid plans! Stats update every 24 hours similar to how Spotify for Artists stats work.
How long does it take to build the pages?
During our beta period, links will be propagated within 1 business day of request (most times often sooner).
As we build out the platform, links should be available immediately upon request.
Are other social links present on the pages?
No. These links are specifically purposed to get lifetime Spotify/Apple Music pre-saves.
Can I customize the email copy for my releases?
Yes and no. Everyone who has opted in to pre-save all your future releases will receive a standardized email on release day from our system.
If you would like to customize an email with your own email service provider, you will need to have an Expert plan so that you can download your email addresses from our system.
What happens if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, your existing pre-save links will be deleted. To regain access to the links, you will need to re-subscribe and create new links.
This also means any progress accrued on your links so far will be removed.
Lifetime pre-saves links gain the most traction whenever you allow them to accumulate over releases, so please take this into consideration prior to cancelling.
Am I allowed to upgrade my plan?
Yes! There will be a section inside of your member profile for upgrades.
What kind of domains can I connect?
You can connect any .com, .org, .ai, etc. domain as long as you own it with our Pro and Expert level plans. There will be instructions inside your member profile after subscribing to use this feature.
Can I customize the landing page?
Editing the design of the landing pages is not available. They are standardized smartlinks that include specific functionality to pre-save all future music releases for an artist on Spotify/Apple Music.

What kind of license does the output audio come with?
As long as you have full rights over the input audio, the output audio is completely royalty free!
What kind of instruments are available?
We have a full suite available and will update our system whenever new sounds are created! Bass, guitar, drums, and more are available now!

What kind of voices are available?
There are dozens of royalty free voice models available in nearly every genre! Both singing and rapping voice templates are included and you can listen to free demo audio inside the members area.
Can I use the output audio commercially?
As long as you have full rights to the input audio, you may use the output audio royalty free!
How long do conversions take?
Conversions normally take around 15 seconds to complete for most files, but this time may increase during busier times.
What kind of editing can I do to the vocals?
There are many controls enabled inside of the voice conversion suite. These include: AI vocal volume, model conversion strength, noise gating, and more!

Membership FAQ's
What happens if I cancel?
The audio files you created are still royalty free so long as they were created with the royalty free voices/models! However, any lifetime pre-save links created will be removed. Please consider this prior to cancelling.
Am I allowed to upgrade/downgrade?
Yes, there will be options to change plans inside of your account.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Given these are digital products, refunds are not possible. However, your plan will not cancel until the date of the next billing cycle, so you are able to use it up until the official cancellation date.
